The Home Tab is designed to provide a status summary of the childs profile, updating as changes occur. We offer a unique feature in the Activity tab under the Kids Details section, showing the childs WhatsApp Business (WA) account status. This includes recording the duration of their online activity, with each new session logged afresh. Parents should set up WA to their kids phone using the authorized number.

The primary experience necessitates the input of the childs mobile number for monitoring purposes. Once validated, the device requires no further verification for six months. User authority over the inputted phone number is periodically verified via SMS to prevent unauthorized surveillance.

Parents are required to enter the childs name or nickname, which is displayed during monitoring on the Home screen. A verification of the parents relationship and the minor status of the child is mandatory. Note that monitoring is set to cease automatically once the child reaches 18.

Our Statistics tab gives a graphical breakdown of activity data, while the Tags tab enables parents to group important periods for enhanced monitoring. For your convenience, you can download the CSV data directly to your phone.

Our app features Kids Profile Settings with both online and offline notifications, and an option to delete the profile and all related data. The Add Kid function allows the addition of other kids for monitoring.

For visual ease, the Balance tab offers a horizontal chart of the childs activity data. The Activity tab is instrumental in displaying data that help evaluate changes in the childs online behavior. The Balance, Activity, and Statistics tabs are designed to provide valuable information to parents.

Your subscription auto-renews until canceled, with charges applied to your iTunes account at purchase and each renewal. Cancel anytime through your iTunes settings, at least 24 hours before the periods end, to avoid charges. Cancellation takes effect after the current period, moving you to the free service

For users who wish to delete the app, all data is erased, and tracking is halted. The Disallow My Number feature can further restrict access with SMS verification. Users also have the option to set a pin code, safeguarding the childs private information. In compliance with GDPR, all historical data is deleted upon removing the app or the childs profile. The Delete All My Data feature empowers users to erase all their data at their discretion.

Our app offers language flexibility, Dark Mode, and Light Mode options for an optimized user experience. The Share App feature enables users to recommend the app to others. For those wishing to continue with previous subscriptions, the Restore Subscription option is available. For further assistance, our Help section includes FAQs and a support ticket system.
